Week Five Day One for 200 situps and 200 squats

Hello everyone and welcome back.

As you all know I accopmlished the goal last week to get 100 pushups done. I am now on the last two weeks of the two hundred situps and two hundred squats.

My goal for situps today is 156. My goal today for squats is 140.

Verdict for situps: 156 completed. Goal accomplished

Vercit for squats: 140 completed. Goal Accomplished

Soon I will be reviewing some workout books that I tried. Stay tuned.
