Hello everyone and welcome back.
Today I did my final test for 100 pushups and the exhaustion test for 200 situps and 200 squats.
Verdict for pushups: 100 completed. I got the goal done.
Verdict for situps and squats: 70 for each. Two weeks away and I will get my 200 squats and situps completed.
Next week I'll start on Week 5 of both the situps and squats and start a review of other programs.
