Hello everyone and welcome back
Today is Week 4m Day 3 of my 100 pushups program and Week 2, Day 3 of my 200 situps and squats program.
Today my goal for the pushups program is to get to 56 on the final set. My goal for the situps routine is 78 for the final set. My goal for the squats program is 70.
Verdict for pushups: Got to 46. Didn't quite make it but still doing more than the recommended minimum. But Monday I will make the goal.
Verdict for situps: 78. Got my goal.
Verdict for squats: 70. Got my goal
I also found out I did the wrong workout for situps. I did column 3 where I was supposed to do column 2.
