Week 5, Day of 100 pushups, Week 3 Day 2 of Sit ups and Squats

Hello Everyone and welcome back.

Today is Week 5 and Week 3 Day 2 of my 100 pushups and 200 squats and situps programs

My goal this week for the push ups program is 59 push ups or 30% more than the recommended minimum of the last set. My goal for sit ups is 99. My goal for the squats program is 88.

Verdict for pushups: 59 pushups completed. Goal has been accomplished.

Verdict for situps: 99 situps completed. Goal Accomplished.

Verdict for squats: 88 squats completed. Goal accomplished.
