Hello everyone and welcome back.
Today I had my second last day (hopefully) for my 100 pushups program. And Week four days three for both the situps and squats program. I took it easy today in the workout as my final test and exhaustion test will be coming up on Tuesday and I want to be well rested as I go for 100 pushups.
For pushups today I did 61, For situps I did 110 and squats I did 54.
